Useful. Clear.
Grounded.
Our guides should answer a real player question directly, then explain how the answer was reached and where it stops applying. We identify the game version and platform used, link original sources and distinguish tested findings from reported claims.
Tools and data
Tools state their assumptions next to their results. Game facts come from the game itself or from sources whose licences allow our use, and each game's pages record those sources. A tool is not described as verified in game until it has been checked against the game.
News and updates
News should link to its primary source and explain what changed. Each story has one page under its game; network pages link to it rather than copying it. Publication and update dates reflect the editorial work, and meaningful corrections are described.
Authors and images
Published stories should identify their author. Images should be original, licensed, or used with permission, with useful captions and alternative text.
Review before publication
Every article is reviewed and approved before it is published, and any later change is approved again.
Commercial relationships
Sponsored coverage and affiliate relationships should be disclosed where the reader encounters them. Advertising should remain distinguishable from editorial content.
